Job Summary
Oversee delivery of individual support services. Supervise personnel to achieve service, clinical and financial objectives within general resource and reimbursement models. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance objectives.
Responsibilities
Ensure coordination of all therapy and programmatic services.
Develop waiting list for potential vacancies.
Demonstrate knowledge of contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor to ensure delivery of all services in accordance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.
Implement and coordinate any necessary plans of correction from a regulatory body.
Monitor and supervise delivery of service plans and personal futures plan and training of staff.
Maintain financial spending within limits of approved budget for department.
Monitor compliance with health and safety programs.
Workibg knowledge of federal, state and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail, proven supervisory skills, and be capable of working flexible hours, covering direct care shifts as necessary.
Experience in managing systems, processes and people.
Bachelor''s degree in business, healthcare administration, social services or related field; high school diploma and three years of related job experience may be substituted per area regulations.
Minimum of two years of experience working directly with people who have an intellectual or developmental disability.
Valid and current CPR certification.
Valid and current driver''s license.
One year supervisory experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
